Thank you for your response.

I placed ads on Craigslist in three areas and have had over whelming responses. I would like to give you more information on what I'm doing, who I'm looking for and the benefits for both you and I.

Who I am?
First My name is John, and I have held several positions in my lifetime from Farm Hand, to Computer Programmer. I recently gave up my position as an Application Developer to follow a new path that I'm very excited about. In business with me are my two daughters and we have been doing well over the past few months in Indiana. I had lived in Dallas, TX for five years several years back, and I really enjoy Texas and other southern States.

Who Qualifies for the positions I'm advertising?
My two daughters, One being twelve is very, very good at most aspects of what we are doing, my second daughter Ten years old is at a beginner level. My Twelve year old learned in 30 min. what she needed to know.  I am looking for individuals 16 and older that can work unsupervised.

How will I benefit having a larger staff?
We are an event oriented business that as of now have been doing mostly smaller events to learn the ropes. The events have been between 200 to 1000 people in attendance. We are a people business and our goal is to put a smile on the faces of kids, teens and adults. We are very good at what we do, but we are about to do events of 5,000 to 50,000 people per day. The events last up to twelve hours a day and my daughters can not handle 12 hour days. They are exhausted after six hours, so I need to duplicate what they do. I also need to have more staff working to allow more customers to be satisfied as one we don't like to watch people leave disappointed because we can't handle the volume. So I benefit by being able to handle twice, three or four times the number of individuals per hour.

How can you benefit from working with us?
You could have the opportunity of learning a business that is
not labor intensive
not boring
almost never here customer complaints
allows you to enjoy working outside
allows you to meet new people in a friendly environment
could lead to a long term career
potential to make up to $20hr or more

What we do and where we are doing it.
We are applying Temporary Airbrush Tattoos to satisfied customers.
We are staffing for the following positions and events
Tatists – to spray tattoos on our customers
Shift Managers – to Maintain equipment, and handle questions when they arise

We will be in Dallas monday July 28th where I will meet interested individuals and show how we do TATs.

July 21 to August 3rd - Canton 1st Monday in Canton, TX 100,000 to 300,000 in attendance
August 9th - Ice Cream Festival in Austin, TX 5,000 to 8,000 in attendance
August 14th to August 23rd - Denton, TX North Texas State Fair 140,000 in attendance
August 30th to August 31st - Austin, TX Batfest 50,000 in attendance

I am looking for individuals to help with these events and would not expect anyone to travel to the further events, although if interested it would be welcome. After these events if things go well I may be willing to invite the right candidate to enter into business with me in an ongoing basis in there area. I plan on setting up long term satellites to handle promising areas while I am in other locations. If a candidate decides after working the business decides they would like to start there own business I would be happy to help get the ball rolling for them.

The Big Question, that you have been waiting for.
What is the pay?
I do not pay hourly or salary for several reasons 2 being as follows.
    1.  I do not get paid if there is no business and cannot afford to pay staff after paying large fees for the events.
    2.  Paying hourly or salary does not promote individuals to be job oriented.

I pay straight commission on work completed. Tats range from $5 to $14 with the average being around $10. A Tatist can complete between 15 and 20 TATs per hour, I pay 10% commission. So if you do 20 $5 TATs per hour you would make $10/hr and 20 at the average of $10 would be $20/hr.

If I choose to make a long term arrangement with the TATist to do local events in my absents I would pay 30% commission.

The last festival we did was around 500 in attendance, with busy spurts though the day and my twelve year old making 10% commission made $70.00 in an 8 hour day.

If at this point you have any questions please feel free to ask. If you are interested in meeting and talking further when I reach the area please let me know and we will set a time to meet.

I believe with the events I have scheduled in Texas each TATist should make around $20.00/hr commission as thous of you chosen will be helping during the busier hours when my girls retire for the evening.   Feel free to view my website for pictures of some of my earlier events.

Thanks for your time and consideration.
